Terms & Conditions (Booking Procedures )

Payment:
In order to guarantee your reservation; we accept nonrefundable deposit which would be 30% of full payment through our MFTB account. The remaining balance must be setting upon your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
a) Tour Cancellation The clients or agent will loose their deposit as mentioned above when cancellation made before the tour starts.
45 days prior to arrival Nil
44 to 21 days prior to arrival 50% of full tour cost
20 to 15 days prior to arrival 80% of full tour cost
14 to 7 days prior to arrival 90% of full tour cost
Less than 7 days in advance 100% of full tour cost
b) Hotel Cancellation In case of 7 days and less hotel cancellation will be subjected to charge for one night of hotel fees.
Rates
All rates are quoted net in US$ (US Dollars) and are subjected to change without notice. Child rates are as follows:
The Children under 11 years of sharing room with parents will be charged the 75% of adult fare. Infant 2 years and younger
( not occupying a bed or seat in cabin of aircraft ) will not be charged.
Accommodation Condition
Accommodation is provided as being indicated. The respective hotel would express the condition, services, and facilities. The best available alternative hotel where the facilities do not exist would be provided. Accommodation at alternative hotels of equal quality will be provided if circumstance dictate. Tariff is twin-sharing based. There will be single supplement liable if a separate single occupation is required. The related hotel takes full responsibilities for the inconveniences if there should be any dissatisfaction during your stay. Daily breakfast, service charges and taxes at the hotels are normally included if not otherwise indicated clearly.
Ground Transportation
Ground transportation will be provided as indicated. Our Travels & Tours Company Limited utilizes all vehicles with air conditioning
GUIDE SERVICE
All transfers and sightseeing tours are escorted by local station guides. English, French , German, Italian, Japanese and Chinese spoken guides will be provided.
REFUND
After commencement of travel, no refund in full or in part will be given for services included in the program and not utilized by the clients.
RESPONSIBILITY
Nobility Travels & Tours Co., Ltd acts as an intermediary between concerned hotels, airlines, and transportation companies providing services. Therefore Nobility Travels & Tours Co.,Ltd has no liabilities for any loss, injury , damage, accident which may be caused, including those outside the touring programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the tourist. Programs, prices and services/conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing and are therefore subject to change without prior notice or during the tour. Participation in our tour implies the tourist's agreement to the above conditions.
INSURANCE
Travelers are advised to purchase insurance that will provide medical-evacuation coverage. But insurance policy can be available upon request.
